How do I pay?
We accept payment in the form of cash or credit card. Depending on your preference and your event you may pay the day of with cash or you may pay ahead of time via emailed invoice and credit card.
We require a deposit to hold your event time on our calendar. This deposit is a portion of your total price and is non-refundable but can usually be applied to a future date as long as we are available.
The prices listed in the white boxes on the Packages tab are our weekend rates. They include taxes and travel unless your event is more than an hour away from our location.
*Please note that you are responsible for any additional fees such as parking, travel, and tolls for your event. Deposits are not refundable.
May I tip the performer?
Yes, your entertainer works hard to provide a unforgettable experience and appreciates any tip offerings.
Can time be added to a package?
Yes! All packages excluding telegrams can be extended to fit your needs. Additional time is available in 15 minutes for $25 each. This would make an additional 30 minutes $50 or 1 hour $100.
May I take photos of the characters?
Yes! Please take all the photos you would like and we dedicate time towards the end for photos with the honoree, family and a group shot. More dedicated photo time is available at your request.
What are your weekday prices?
For events held Monday-Thursday or before noon of Friday receive a $25 discount.
Is my start time guaranteed?
We make every effort to ensure your performer starts right on time. We build travel buffers into our schedule with a goal of arriving before your schedule start to ensure we are set up and ready to roll. However, our area is known for its traffic and has been ranked #1 for being the worst in the country on numerous occasions. In the event of a traffic issue, your performer will contact you before your scheduled start time to inform you and provide an eta. Performers are considered on time when starting within 30 minutes of scheduled time. But please note, this rarely occurs.
